  • Most useful for chronic sleep problems especially adults who fall asleep easily but have difficulty staying asleep
  • Relaxes muscles of stomach when under stress thus aiding digestion
Dangers
  • if used for several months, may cause withdrawal symptoms
  • do not drive after taking it
